Check the fuse in the rear compartment Bus V2 Fuse D1.1
With the Master Switch on, check the switch (front cockpit)
with a test light, power on both sides.Check for power on both sides of D1.6
(round black/white indicator above Airspeed indicator)
Plug V17/V18 located under rear Seat (the big Plug on the left side) Pin #K Pitot Heat.Carries power to everything in the centersection and wings,not likely to be the
problem.Plug V19/20 located inside left wing behind square access panel, bottom of wing,could be loose.Pin #2 Pitot Heat.
The problem is most likely the indicator D1.6 above the Airspeed Indicator or the switch[addsig]
